DinnerTwine End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: January 10, 2025
Welcome to DinnerTwine! This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the DinnerTwine application (“App”) and related services provided by DinnerTwine, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code, are owned by DinnerTwine, LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
• Not use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others. Objectionable content, bullying, or abusive users will be deleted and permanently banned from the website.
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features of the App may require a subscription or payment. By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to the following:
• Payment terms will be clearly outlined during the subscription or purchase process.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
6. Event Planning Disclaimer
DinnerTwine provides tools for event planning and recipe sharing. The Company is not responsible for:
• The accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content, including recipes or event details.
• Any disputes, cancellations, or issues arising from events organized through the App.
You agree to hold DinnerTwine harmless for any liability arising from your participation in events or interactions with other users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time for violation of this Agreement or other lawful reasons. Club Admins may suspend a club member from their club at their sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinnerTwine, LLC, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using the App, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes. The latest version of this Agreement will always be available within the App.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
