Chicken Strips

Serves: 4 People

Ingredients

1 pounds Chicken cutlets
½ cup Flour
2 Eggs
½ cup Corn flakes, crushed
½ cup Italian Bread Crumbs
¼ cup Vegetable Oil

Method

1) Heat oil until a drop of water jumps off the oil
2) 1. Cover the chicken cutlets in flour
3) Dip the flowered cutlets in egg
4) Mix the corn flakes and bread crumbs and press this mixture into the chicken.
5) Cook the cutlets in the heated oil until lightly brown on both sides and cooked through.
6) Lay cutlets on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
