Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredients

4 whole Eggs
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
6 tablespoon Butter, melted
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Brown Sugar
3 tablespoon Bourbon Whisky (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Pecans, whole
1 whole Pie Shell, uncooked

Method

1) Preheat the oven to 350°.
2) Combine the eggs, corn syrup, butter, sugars, and bourbon, and vanilla.
3) Mix in flour.
4) Line a pie pan with the pie crust and pour the filling into it.
5) Add the chocolate and pecans and gently push them in to spread throughout the pie
6) Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until the topping is golden brown and the pie is slightly set.
