Chocolate Chip and M&M Cookies

Serves: 10 People

Ingredients

½ cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Eggs
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Flour
1 cup Ground Oatmeal
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
⅓ cup M&M's

Method

1) Cream the butter and sugar together.
2) Add the eggs and vanilla and mix.
3) Add the dry ingredients off to the side of the bowl and then mix in with the butter and sugar mixture.
4) Add chocolate chips and M&M's and mix.
5) Drop by rounded teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.

Notes

I mix my dry ingredients in the same bowl as the butter to make one less bowl to clean.
