Hershey's, Rich, Moist Chocolate Cake

Method

1) Heat the oven to 350°.
2) Grease and flour two 9" round baking pans. Cut circles out of wax paper and place at bottom of cake pans for added protection against the cake sticking to the bottom of the pan.
3) Combine dry ingredients.
4) Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
5) Beat the flour mixture and egg mixture together with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
6) Gently stir in the boiling water.
7) Pour this thin batter into the greased baking pans.
8) Bake for about 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
9) Cool completely and frost with Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting
