Macadamia Nut Encrusted Chilean Sea Bass

1) Heat oven to 400°.

2) Mix Panko, bread crumbs, and macadamia nuts together and set aside.

3) Coat fish with flour.

4) Whisk egg and dip flour coated fish in egg.

5) Coat fish with Macadamia mixture.

6) Add butter and oil to an oven-proof saucepan and heat until a drop of water bounces out of the oil.

7) Sauté fish until golden brown.

8) Place saucepan with fillets in the 400° oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
