Ingredients

1¼ cup Vegetable Oil
2 cup Sugar
3 whole Eggs
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 cup Apples, cored and chopped

Method

1) Preheat oven to 325°.
2) Combine oil, sugar, and eggs.
3) Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4) Add the unpeeled, cored, chopped apples.
5) Spoon into a bundt cake pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
