Old Fashioned Meat Loaf

Serves: 10 People

Ingredients

⅔ cup Saltine Crackers, finely crushed
½ teaspoon Sage
¾ cup Milk
2 Eggs
½ cup Onions, chopped
1 whole Green Pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ pounds Ground Beef
1 cup Ketchup
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Mustard

Method

1) Mix together, sage, crackers, eggs, milk, onions, green peppers, and salt and pepper to taste.
2) Mix in uncooked ground beef.
3) Divide mixture into two portions. Shape into loaves and place in two loaf pans.
4) Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard and pour over meat.
5) Cook at 350° for 1 hour or until meat is cooked through.
