Optional: instead of baking the chicken breasts, use boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" cubes and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through.
If you do not stuff the turkey with turkey stuffing, then reduce the cooking time by about 30 minutes.
I use between 6 tablespoons and 1/2 cup of heavy cream in the chicken mixture, depending on how much moisture is needed.
