Ingredients

14 ounces Prepared Instant Mashed Potatoes
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
3 Butter, melted
½ teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoon Chives

Method

1) Prepare boxed potatoes according to box directions.
2) Cream the cream cheese. Add sour cream and salt and pour into a shallow buttered casserole.
3) Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika and chives.
4) Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
