Peanut Marinated Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

1 pounds Boneless Chicken
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
¾ cup Vegetable Oil
¼ cup White Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1½ teaspoon Ginger, ground
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Method

1) Slice chicken into 1/4" strips.
2) Mix ingredients together and marinate chicken in refrigerator for 24 hours.
3) Remove chicken from marinate and drain.
4) String chicken on skewers
5) Grill or broil until cooked through.
