Steph's Rich Chocolate Brownies

Method

1) Preheat the oven to 325℉ and spray an 8"x8" baking dish with cooking spray.
2) Combine the sugar, flour, salt, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and chocolate chips.
3) In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, water and vanilla together.
4) Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until mostly blended. Do not over-mix.
5) Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Undercooking is better than overcooking.
6) Let brownies cool, if you can, for about 5 minutes before slicing.
