Stuffed Mushrooms

Serves: 4 People

Ingredients

20 Mushrooms
⅓ cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Swiss Cheese
4 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Pepper
⅓ cup Parsley, fresh, chopped

Method

1) Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
2) Combine remaining ingredients.
3) Stuff the mushrooms with the cheese mixture.
4) Bake mushrooms at 350℉ for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5) Garnish with additional parsley and serve.
